Accelerate The Secret

The Law of Attraction, the Secret. The Law of Attraction has becoming our part in life and we search for the best practice how this Law of Attraction can accelerate us to achieve our dreams and make it comes true.
It starts to each of us as a powerful creative being; we each create our own reality. I believe this, or if I do not want to believe it, then I may have difficulty aligning myself with the Universal principles of health, wealth and abundance, including the Law of Attraction.
By watching The SECRET movie it shows me that we have interaction with the Great Power and I realized that gratitude was so much more important than just saying thank you. Whenever I have done things I was grateful that God The Almighty has given me those chances to be what I am and when I really want something and then I couple with that an understanding of my nature, of my spiritual being, and the laws that govern me , I will keep going, then nothing will stop me.
Desire and Commitment. If you are constantly in the process of improvement then you will find that your life improves over time. You probably won't notice much over days that the small changes are changing your life much but over time you will realize that your path is pointing at a whole new destination and most likely a better destination at that.
The desire and commitment has to come from within you. Once you have the desire you have to have the knowledge. That's where self-help-motivation-source comes in. However, if your true desire is to resolve those situations, then you must recognize that healing or fixing negative circumstances is really all about healing or fixing you.
Never let your mind limit your abundance. The only difference between you and those wealth Gurus is their ability to welcome it with open arms.
Managing the SECRET. There are 5 Ways to accelerate your "SECRET"; I gave you a list of things to do to get connected to your source energy. Our thoughts are energy and we attract and are attracted to the people, opportunities, and situations that are in harmony with what we focus our attention on.
Here are just a few tactics of "The Secrets" that make you successful:
1. be grateful always for what you are
2. Appreciating, this can be written or just mentally composed, but the Bottom line is finding something to appreciate right now.
3. Become aware of your self-talk. You'll be amazed at what you're really Telling yourself, always focus on what you want, not on what you don't Want
4. It is crucial that you identify and eliminate the hidden beliefs that prevent You from becoming successful, then believe that what you want is possible for you and that you deserve it.
5. Time management, you can only manage something you can control. It's What you do with that 24 hours that will shape your lives. Once it's gone, You can't go back and get it.
Visualization and Actualization. The Law of Attraction is not just a matter of thinking positively. Using The Law of Attraction successfully does require positive thinking but it so much more than that. Use your visualization and the actualization in your life, you will discover:
o The most effective people can get focused in seconds when they have to Fit.
o Stop thinking about why it will not work and start thinking about why it Will work!
o It's the way you "think about things" (the way your brain represents them To you) that controls your moods/states.
o Stop wasting time on the little things - focus time and energy on what Good for you
o Your mood will begin to change almost immediately as you begin to Imagine that in every way you already are the person you desire to be, The ultimate success in the area pertaining to each title's subject.
o You will be guided to remember times when you did your best, when Everything was going great.
o The law of Attraction gives the picture signals and send them back to your Mind
The Secret lies in being able to break the shackles of negativity and unleashing your mind. Life is full of surprises and exciting moments that by simply looking at them, we miss ourselves. We are so busy doing unremarkable things out there - in the mirror, on the phone, on the PC, in front of the TV and radio, overtaking, adventuring, and endlessly seeking power and status. The Universe will provide everything you need-if you believe it and take the necessary steps to incorporate right thinking into your life.
Accelerate The Secret. So I decided to create a gratitude journal to help me and start designing my dream life. I use my gratitude journal everyday and since I have started using it my life have gone attracting more things to be grateful for.
A simply tip is to actually grab a piece of paper each day and sit down until you come up with 10 ways to improve what you are doing in life.
Take action, you will be guided to see yourself successfully taking all the steps needed to succeed, the planning, taking the right actions, the time management, whatever is necessary. It is all working out in your mind now.
Prepare yourself and your environment. Find a quiet environment which has not busy and loud noise, put on your Attraction Accelerator. Slot your time and schedule to do this every single day. Sit comfortably on the chair since you are going to be on it for 15 minutes.
Put the life into the picture and make visualization as it really happens in front of your mind at that moment.
Learn as much as you can from people who have already done what you want to do! Try to do the things that they do and you will be one step closer towards achieving your goals. Save yourself from making mistakes that will delay what you are striving towards. Learn the right things to do and commit to doing them with dedication until you have what you want. Never stop trying you will accelerate the Secret for you.

How You Can EFT and Let Go of That Pain in Minutes

Are you in pain? Do you want to stop being in pain within the next half-hour? Do you want to be able to magic the pain away in the future within minutes? It may seem strange to ask all these questions. It may seem obvious that the answer will be "yes". After all, physical pain is just unbearable sometimes. A backache, shoulder pain, a tight neck, a throbbing headache, a frozen shoulder, a dodgy knee, tennis elbow; all these are awful, right?
Well, many people choose to keep their pain. And there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. We all know someone who tells their tales of woe about their back, their migraine, their sciatica, tennis elbow, knee that has just had the nth operation, and it can be quite distressing to listen to. We all want to help. Or maybe that person complaining about their pain is you. If so, do not worry! You are doing absolutely nothing wrong. There are good reasons why people choose to keep their pain. Healing is a scary place for most people in pain, and the thought of a cure is just too frightening to consider. And sometimes the pain is like a holding vessel for other, deeper upsets that is too upsetting to face right now. And that is OK too. It is our personal choice what we do with how we feel.
On the other hand, if the answer is actually "yes" rather than "oh, maybe I should suffer the loss of the pain that I need in order to please someone else", then there is a solution.
Both YouTube and many websites of EFT practitioners are full of free EFT demonstrations and explanations that you can watch or start reading in the next few minutes. Literally, in minutes, you can see just how easy it is to let go of pain. Then you can just try it for yourself. Don't worry, the pain may come back later on, maybe today or tomorrow or in a month or so, so this will not make the pain disappear forever unless you want it to (and there are also instructions about how). Try making it go away for just now and see if you like the way that feels. And then take it on from there. If that thought feels too scary, that is also OK. People often cannot help themselves when the pain is too much but can easily feel better when a practitioner takes them there. You can contact an EFT practitioner within the next few minutes with a simple internet search and find one available for phone EFT. Within minutes, you could be led through to freedom from that pain. Or you can make an appointment with your local EFT practitioner. Whatever works for you is fine.

Release Trauma With EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique

Releasing Trauma is just one of the many things you can do with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). So what is trauma? The EFT master Rick Wilkes defines it as a moment in which your freeze response was triggered instead of either your flight or flight responses.
This means that you were not able to decide whether to run away from a potentially dangerous situation or to fight and your subconscious just sort of literally froze the moment of stress into your body's memory.
Any traumatic event was basically recorded with all of the details. Your subconscious mind has stored all of this information, so when a similar moment arises and any of the details of the event coincide, your body produces the same reaction, the same stress response. The problem is that the subconscious doesn't know the difference between past and present, it simply plays things out causing you to feel like you are reliving the traumatic event.
Using EFT to release trauma is the most effective way to let go of the stored memory and the negative energy that is trapped in your body. Why should you do this? Because it does you no good to hold onto negative experiences. If you've gone through some really traumatic event(s) in your life, the best thing you can do for yourself is to confront it and release it.
I've personally been able to release some very negative things that were affecting my life emotionally and physically. I experienced some really big changes in my life over the last three years and I have had to face some challenges that left me, to say the least, traumatized. I didn't realize how much stress it had all caused me or how much it was really affecting my health. Until recently, I started to have really shaky hands to the point that I was so afraid to drop anything that I held. I became very depressed and I was just a mess and constantly afraid. I decided that I had had it and I tried some tapping on the events and my emotions surrounding the things that happened and after a few days of this I really started to feel like myself again. I tapped about 30 minutes a day and within about a week my hands stopped shaking. It was very empowering to feel good about myself again.

Fokus Pada Titik Kekuatan

Tidak ada manusia yang sempurna. Setiap kita mempunyai kekuatan tapi juga mempunyai kelemahan. Kekuatan kita adalah hal-hal yang dapat kita lakukan dengan sangat baik dan membuat kita bergairah. Melakukan hal itu sangat mudah bagi kita dan sangat menyenangkan. Kekuatan kita memberitahukan kepada kita mana yang bisa kita lakukan dengan baik dan mana yang sulit kita lakukan.

Karena kita mempunyai kekuatan dan juga kelemahan, ini berarti kita tidak bisa melakukan semua hal dengan sama baiknya. Kalau kita mau maksimal maka kita perlu fokus untuk mengembangkan kekuatan kita. Inilah yang dilakukan oleh orang-orang yang sukses, mereka berfokus untuk terus mengembangkan kekuatan mereka dan mendelegasikan semua yang lainnya.

Beberapa tahun yang lalu, seorang reporter bertanya kepada seorang pelatih tim pingpong Cina mengenai bagaimana tim tersebut berlatih. Pelatih tim tersebut mengatakan bahwa mereka meluangkan paling tidak delapan jam setiap hari untuk melatih titik-titik kekuatan mereka. Latihan sejenis ini meningkatkan kekuatan sampai titik maksimumnya dan kekuatan-kekuatan tersebut mengkompensasi kekurangan-kekurangan mereka.

Dia memberi contoh lebih lanjut tentang salah satu pemain yang memukul bola dengan pukulan forehand. Pemain tersebut tidak mempunyai pukulan backhand yang baik, maka dia hanya menggunakan forehandnya dengan begitu efektifnya sehingga tidak dapat dikalahkan.

Ilustrasi sederhana ini merupakan pengingat hebat untuk menerapkan hal yang sama dalam memaksimalkan kekuatan-kekuatan kita di setiap sektor kehidupan. Galilah kekuatan Anda dan hiduplah di dalamnya maka kesuksesan akan menjadi milik Anda.

Manfaat dari Sedekah

Seni bersedekah : bagaimana agar bersedekah membuat Anda kaya?

Ini pendapat Joe Vitale, penulis Spiritual Marketing. Juga pendapat banyak penulis lain yang dari pengalamannya mendapati bahwa semakin dia rela memberi (bersedekah) semakin banyak apa yang dia sumbangan itu kembali kepada dirinya dengan berlipat-lipat. Kalu dia nyumbang uang, maka (biasanya) akan datang uang. Kalau tenaga, maka akan kembali banyak bantuan. Kalau ilmu, maka akan kembali lebih banyak ilmu. Mereka menemukan bahwa “to give in order to get” adalah suatu hukum universal.
Sebentar, masih menurut orang-orang tersebut, hanya sedekah yang tulus lah yang akan menggetarkan semesta. Jadi tidak semua pemberian akan memberikan efek pengembalian yang diharapkan. Tentu saja ini bukan sok merasa lebih tahu tentang cara yang disukai Tuhan, ini adalah berbagi pengalaman apa yang mereka rasakan. Berikut ini cara bersedekah (menyumbang) yang mereka rasakan mampu menggetarkan spiritualitas mereka :
1. Bersedekahlah saat merasa ingin bersedekah, jangan sampai merasa terpaksa. Bila saat bersedekah kita justru merasa kesal, maka akan tertanam di bawah ssadar bahwa bersedekah itu tidak enak, bahkan mengesalkan. Mungkin seperti kalau kita bayar parkir kepada preman di pinggir jalan. Ada perasaan terpaksa, tak berdaya, bahkan dirampok. Bukan karena besar kecilnya nilai uang, tapi rela tidaknya perasaan saat memberikan sumbangan. Kalau anda sedang suntuk, tunggu sampai hati lebih riang. Memberi dengan berat hati akan memberi asosiasi buruk ke alam bawah sadar.
2. Bersedekahlah kepada sesuatu yang disukai sehingga hati Anda tergetar karenanya. Mungkin suatu ketika Anda ingin menyumbang yatim piatu, di waktu lain mungkin menyumbang perbaikan jembatan, mungkin pelestarian satwa yang hampir punah, mungkin disumbangkan untuk modal usaha bagi seorang pemula. Intinya adalah Anda sebaiknya menyedekahkan pada hal yang membuat perasaan Anda tergetar. Setiap orang akan berbeda. Seringkali seseorang menyumbang ke tempat ibadah, tapi hatinya tidak sejalan, hanya karena kebiasaan. Menyumbang yang tak bisa dihayati tak akan menggetarkan kalbu.
3. Bersedekahlah dengan sesuatu yang bernilai bagi Anda. Kebanyakan wujudnya adalah uang, namun lebih luas lagi adalah benda yang juga anda suka, pikiran, tenaga, ilmu yang anda suka. Dengan menyumbang sesuatu yang anda sukai, membuat anda juga merasa berharga karena memberikan sesuatu yang berharga.
4. Bersedekahlah dalam kuantitas yang terasa oleh perasaan. Bagaimana rasanya memberi sedekah 25 rupiah? Bagi kebanyakan orang nilai ini sudah tidak lagi terasa. Untuk seseorang dengan gaji 1 juta, maka 50 ribu akan terasa. Bagi yang perpenghasilan 20 juta, mungkin 1 juta baru terasa. Setiap orang memiliki kadar kuantitas berbeda agar hatinya tergetar ketika menyumbang. Nilai 10 persen biasanya menjadi anjuran dalam sedekah (bukan wajib), mungkin karena sejumlah nilai itulah kita akan merasakan ‘beratnya’ melepas kenikmatan.
5. Menyumbang anonim akan memberi dampak lebih kuat. Ini erat kaitannya dengan ketulusan, walaupun tidak anonim juga tak apa-apa. Dengan anonim lebih terjamin bahwa kita hanya mengharap balasan dari Tuhan (ikhlas).
6.Bersedekah tanpa pernah mengharap balasan dari orang yang anda beri. Yakinlah bahwa Tuhan akan membalas, tapi tidak lewat jalan orang yang anda beri. Pengalaman para pelaku kebanyakan menunjukkan bahwa balasan datang dari arah yang lain.
7. Bersedekahlah tanpa mengira bentuk balasan Tuhan atas sedekah itu. Walaupun banyak pengalaman menunjukkan bahwa kalau bersedekah uang akan dibalas dengan uang yang lebih banyak, namun kita tak layak mengharap seperti itu. Siapa tahu sedekah itu dibalas Tuhan dengan kesehatan, keselamatan, rasa tenang, dll, yang nilainya jauh lebih besar dari nilai uang yang disedekahkan.
Demikian berbagai hal yang berkaitan dengan prinsip bersedekah. Prinsip-prinsip ini sangat sesuai dengan petunjuk rasulullah Muhammad berkaitan dengan sedekah dan keutamaannya. Kalau tak salah, ada hadits yang menyatakan bahwa tak akan menjadi miskin orang yang bersedekah. Dijamin.
Selain itu bersedekah juga menghindarkan diri dari marabahaya.
Ada sebuah kisah yang kalau tak salah saya dapat dari Pak Jalaluddin Rakhmat tentang seorang yang ditunda kematiannya karena bersedekah. Suatu ketika rasulullah sedang duduk bersama para sahabat. Lalu melintaslah seorang yang memanggul kayu bakar. Tiba-tiba Rasulullah berkata kepada para sahabat, “Orang ini akan meninggal nanti siang.”
Sorenya ketika Rasulullah duduk bersama para sahabat, melintaslah orang tersebut. Maka dipanggillah orang tersebut oleh rasul dan ditanya, “Aku diberitahu (malaikat) tadi pagi bahwa kamu akan menemui ajal siang tadi. Tapi kulihat kamu masih segar bugar. Apa yang telah kamu lakukan?” Kemudian orang itu berkisah bahwa tadi pagi dia membawa bekal makan siang. Lalu di tengah jalan bekal itu dia sedekahkan kepada orang yang membutuhkan. Selanjutnya, kata orang itu, saat kayu-kayu bakar diletakkan tiba-tiba seekor ular hitam keluar dari dalamnya. Rasulullah kemudian menjelaskan bahwa ular itulah yang sedianya akan mematuk orang tersebut, namundia berpindah takdir karena sedekahnya menghidarkan dia dari bahaya tersebut.
(Demikian lebih kurang sebuah kisah yang saya tahu. Sayang saya lupa detilnya, apalagi perawinya. Jadi mohon dicari sendiri sumber kisah tersebut. Seingat saya kisah tersebut dari Pak Jalal yang saya kenal punya banyak sumber terpercaya.)
Kisah itu menunjukkan keutamaan sedekah yang bisa menghindarkan diri dari bahaya, sekaligus menujukkan bahwa cara Tuhan membalas sedekah tidak dalam bentuk dan jalan yang kita sangka.
